I am R.N. Irukin, a writer and illustrator born in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2007. In 2025, my cosmic horror novelette "Nurqqluk" was published, and I translated H.P. Lovecraft’s "The Call of Cthulhu" into Azerbaijani for Pan Publishing, marking the first time Lovecraft's work was formally published in the language. I also founded the independent digital literary magazine "Ilkin Setirler". Right now, I am continuously working on new projects, drawing short cartoon-style comics, creating illustrations, writing short fiction, and eating Russian mushroom julienne (without the mushrooms).
